Our projects are primarily delivered at Tor Kielce and in Warsaw, which is why we are looking for professionals based in one of these regions or willing to regularly carry out projects in these locations.

We also organize training sessions and events throughout Poland, so this collaboration requires readiness to deliver projects in various locations across the country.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who value variety and a dynamic work environment. Project schedules depend on event timelines and client requirements, which means assignments may occasionally take place on weekends and outside standard business hours.

The collaboration is project-based and relies on the independent delivery of agreed assignments.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who combines a passion for automotive excellence with strong interpersonal skills. Someone who feels equally comfortable behind the wheel and while delivering training sessions or working with groups of participants.

Scope of Collaboration Includes:

•  Delivering advanced driving training programs for individual and group clients.
• Conducting both theoretical and practical training sessions in an engaging manner tailored to participants’ skill levels.
• Preparing vehicles, equipment, and infrastructure required for training sessions and events.
• Ensuring that all training activities are delivered in accordance with SJS safety standards.
• Collaborating with a team of instructors on automotive projects across Poland.
• Representing the SJS brand during events, training programs, and industry-related activities.

What We Expect From Our Partners

• Category B driving licence.
• Certified Advanced Driving Instructor or Driving Instructor qualifications, or willingness to obtain them with our support.
• Practical ability to drive dynamically and with a high level of technical proficiency.
• Experience related to the automotive industry, such as training delivery, automotive events, motorsport, advanced driving instruction, or related fields.
• Experience working with clients, delivering training sessions, presentations, or public speaking.
• Readiness to deliver projects throughout Poland.
• Ability to independently organize project execution and take responsibility for delivered outcomes.

Additional Advantages
