Responsibilities:
- Building and expanding the customer base through networking, participation in conferences, and industry events.
- Maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Organizing meetings, presentations, and sales negotiations with clients.
- Presenting the company’s offer and tailoring it to customer needs.
- Collaborating with the marketing and technical departments to implement the development strategy.
- Achieving sales goals and monitoring progress.
- Keeping track of competitor activities and adjusting the sales strategy accordingly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a New Business Manager, Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or a similar role in B2B sales.
- Ability to identify customer needs and match the offer to their requirements.
- Experience in sales negotiations and closing deals.
- Strong relationship-building skills and effective communication with the sales and technical teams.
- High level of professionalism and strong business etiquette.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Livespace).
- Self-sufficiency in planning activities and organizing work.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the technology, IT, or related industries.
- Knowledge of security and automation systems (access control, time tracking, evacuation systems, alarm systems).
- A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, sales).
