Position:
We are looking for a person who will support the sales department through phone and email contact with our client base and by initially generating interest in our product offering. This role is ideal for students or people who want to gain their first experience in B2B sales in the IT/cybersecurity industry, or for those looking for part-time work.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound phone contact with a client database.
- Searching for client information online (e.g., LinkedIn) and updating the database.
- Presenting an initial product offer based on prepared call scripts.
- Other marketing and sales activities aimed at generating interest in the B2B offer (e.g., participation in trade fairs).
- Completing post-call notes in a dedicated document: contact status, short feedback after the conversation.
- Cooperation with the sales team.
Tools:
- Company phone and laptop.
- Call scripts and contact database.
- Document for summarizing call statuses.
Work organization:
- 2–3 days per week (to be agreed).
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Daily rate: 250 PLN per day.
- After the onboarding period: possibility of hybrid work.
Ideal candidate profile:
- Confidence and ease in phone conversations.
- Strong communication skills and openness.
- Stress resistance and a healthy distance to difficult conversations (not every person on the other side is nice 😉).
- Student status – welcome but not required.
- No sales experience required – we provide full training,
