Your role:
This is a 360° position. Your responsibility is not only the flawless organization of events, but also being their ambassador and the “architect” of sales. We’re looking for someone who can acquire clients, design a dream offer for them, and then make sure everything runs perfectly on track.
Scope of responsibilities:
- Business Development: Active acquisition of B2B clients and building long-term relationships.
- Experience design: Creating event concepts, commercial offers, and budgets.
- End-to-end delivery: On-site supervision of events (Kielce Circuit, Warsaw Bemowo, and other locations).
- Operational management: Coordinating instructors, fleet logistics, and subcontractors.
- Networking: Representing SJS in the automotive and business environment.
What we expect:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in the event industry or special projects.
- Sales mindset: Confidence in business conversations and the ability to “sell emotions.”
- Independence: Ability to manage multiple threads and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Mobility: Category B driving license and readiness to travel to tracks and client locations.
- Passion: If automotive is your hobby, we’ll speak the same language.
