Your role:
This position is strongly focused on new client acquisition.
We are not looking for a “lead passer.” We are looking for someone who enjoys selling, understands clients, and wants to make an impact.
Scope of responsibilities
- Active client acquisition and full sales-cycle management: from sourcing leads, through needs analysis, to negotiations and contract signing.
- Business consulting: you don’t sell “boxes.” You diagnose bottlenecks in clients’ processes and select solutions that bring real business value.
- Pipeline management: building and executing your own sales strategy while consistently delivering targets.
- Networking: representing Foresight at key industry events and conferences.
What we expect
- Experience: minimum 2-3 years in B2B sales (experience in IT or professional services will be a strong asset).
- Independence: we are looking for a partner, not someone who needs to be led by the hand. We value proactivity and strong self-organization.
- Business mindset: you are fluent in the language of benefits. You talk to clients about efficiency and revenue, not only about technology features.
- Sales drive: a strong motivation to have a real impact on the company’s performance and growth.
- Availability for hybrid work with our office in Kraków (team meetings, client meetings, project work).
