Build an AI-based business with us

At dmt Klaster Innowacji we are launching AI Lab, a new business line built on artificial intelligence. We have a working technology, a team that develops it, and the organizational backing. We are looking for someone who will create a scalable business out of it together with us: find the applications with the highest value and turn them into a concrete market offer.

This is an invitation to co-create the project from an early stage, with real influence over the product and the business model.

About the project

We are developing an AI solution that helps organizations work with documents, knowledge, procedures, and data. The potential applications are broad: finance, banking, insurance, leasing, HR, legal, procurement, administration, and customer service, in short, wherever there is a lot of information that is hard to search and analyze quickly.

We are deliberately not locking the product into a single industry. Together with you, we want to find out which applications have the best commercial prospects and how to build an offer around them that solves real problems for companies.

What you will work on

• creating and validating ideas for applications of our solution with the highest business potential,
• identifying industries and companies that stand to benefit most from adopting it,
• talking to prospective clients and researching market needs,
• turning insights from those conversations into concrete directions for product development,
• shaping how we communicate the value of the solution (value proposition),
• working with the technology team and the people responsible for sales,
• looking for advantages that will make the product harder to copy,
• co-creating the commercialization model of the new business line.

Who we are looking for

Someone who combines an understanding of new technologies with business thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset. You don’t need to code or build AI models, we have engineers for that.

Requirements:

• an understanding of AI technology and its business applications,
• experience in at least one of the following areas: product development, building new ventures, consultative B2B sales, commercialization of services, or consulting,
• the ability to translate business problems into a product, communication, and a commercial model,
• confidence in talking to business clients and uncovering their needs,
• independence in planning and executing your work,
• readiness to fully commit to a B2B engagement.
