Responsibilities:
- Actively acquiring new clients and building long-term business relationships.
- Identifying client needs in the area of IT solutions.
- Preparing and presenting commercial offers, as well as conducting negotiations.
- Monitoring the market and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with technical and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Participating in industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Building sales strategies and implementing marketing initiatives to support sales processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a New Business Manager, Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or a similar B2B sales role.
- Proven experience in commercial discussions and business negotiations.
- Familiarity with the IT solutions market.
- Ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of English at B2 level.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales-supporting tools.
- Proactive, independent, and goal-oriented approach.
