We are looking for a Product Owner to take the helm of our Time & Attendance (T&A) and Access Control (AC) systems. We aren’t looking for a “backlog administrator,” but a true partner for both the Business and the IT Team. Your task will be to bridge our clients’ needs with the team’s technical capabilities, ensuring that every new feature brings real value.
Your Key Challenges:
- Vision and Strategy: Creating and executing a product roadmap that addresses real B2B market needs.
- IT Partnership: Working closely with the Project Manager and developers – from sprint planning and refining requirements to the final acceptance of new features.
- Voice of the Customer: Analyzing user feedback and collaborating closely with the sales department to ensure our product stays ahead of the competition.
- Optimization: Monitoring system usage and proposing improvements to increase consistency and usability (UX).
We are looking for you if:
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, backed by a proven track record of bringing products to market.
- You have a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Quality, testing, and system stability are your top priorities. You know exactly what happens to the code before it reaches the user.
- You are a master of prioritization. You can assertively use methods like MoSCoW to protect the team from “scope creep” and ensure timely delivery.
- You speak the language of both business and technology. You can translate complex client needs into precise functional specifications (User Stories) that developers understand without unnecessary questions.
- You are highly independent. You don’t wait for instructions – you identify bottlenecks and take responsibility for delivering a valuable product increment.
Nice to have:
- Domain knowledge in HR-Tech / Time & Attendance / Access Control.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Basic knowledge of UX or data analysis (Data-driven mindset).
What we have prepared for you:
- B2B Contract – a stable, partnership-based collaboration centered on your autonomy.
- 26 days of paid time off – because rest is important to us.
- Hybrid work model – a balance between remote work and office visits.
- English language course – should you want to polish your language skills.
- Subsidized private medical care (PZU).
- Subsidized sports card (Medicover Sport).
- Onboarding and mentoring – a structured, “chaos-free” introduction to help you feel confident from day one.
- Relationships, not just status updates – regular integration meetings and events that truly bring us together.
- All necessary tools – high-quality technical equipment waiting for you from day one.
- Holding ecosystem – access to knowledge and networking across various companies within our capital group.
